2 Layer Baked Ziti

"A double layer of yumminess! A layer of Alfredo in noodles, topped by a layer of meat and red sauce. This makes a 9x13. I cut it in half for my house. This was given to me by my DS. It is a family favorite."

  1. This was a hit lastnight for dinner. We even worked on it tonight for supper!

  2. This was ok, but not great. I found that the white sauce was a little gritty. Maybe it was because I used grated parmesan from the bottle and not fresh. Maybe next time I will use fresh parmesan and see if that makes a difference.

  3. Really good, fast & easy! I made 1/2 the recipe & from start to eat was only 35 minutes! It was bubbly hot after 15 min, in the oven. My bechamel was just right with less milk than called for. I used 2T butter/2T flour/1C milk for 1/2 recipe. This dish got excellent reviews at my supper table! Thanks for posting!

  4. This was delicious. I used onion and roasted garlic spaghetti sauce and added more garlic. I love mushrooms so I added a small can of sliced mushrooms and a bit of hot sauce to the ingredients because I like spicy food. Cheers.
