INGREDIENTS

    cup quick oats (can be substituted with steel-cut oats but cooking time will be slightly longer)
  • 1
    cup water
  • 1
    cup milk
  • 1
    pinch salt
  • 1
    tablespoon sugar
  • 2
    tablespoons honey
  • 1
    teaspoon vanilla
  • 5
    tablespoons of your desired dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, apricots, dates)

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all of the ingredients in the rice cooker.
  • Stir the mixture.
  • Turn the rice cooker on.
  • Wait for around 15 minutes (mine was cooked well within only 15 minutes!). Otherwise, wait for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm :).
