Added Garlic & Parsley Salt, some left over Brocoli Norman from the freezer, used a teaspoon of avocado oil for 1 tsp of the butter, and used immitation crab meat instead of real.
I made this yesterday. Normally I like to follow a recipe to the letter but I saw in the reviews that other people had made modifications. I added an extra banana like the recipe itself suggested. I added a large handful of milk chocolate chips and about 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder to the batter. I sprinkled some brown sugar on top before baking. It took 60 minutes in my oven. Amazing!! I will 100% make this again. Half of the loaf is gone and I won’t blame anybody else but me. This is wonderful stuff, folks. Enjoy!!
