  • Preheat an oven to 350.
  • Use a mandolin to slice the zucchini length-wise into thin slices.
  • Cook ground beef.
  • Mix in the pasta sauce, black pepper and olive oil.
  • Take a pan and layer in the beef, zucchini slices and cheese in sequence.
  • Make sure the last layer is cheese. Then top with Parmesan and some black pepper.
  • Place in the center of the middle rack.
  • Bake till the top layer is golden.
