- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large zucchini
- 1⁄4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 cup pasta sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
directions
- Preheat an oven to 350.
- Use a mandolin to slice the zucchini length-wise into thin slices.
- Cook ground beef.
- Mix in the pasta sauce, black pepper and olive oil.
- Take a pan and layer in the beef, zucchini slices and cheese in sequence.
- Make sure the last layer is cheese. Then top with Parmesan and some black pepper.
- Place in the center of the middle rack.
- Bake till the top layer is golden.
