  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add applesauce.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Add grated zucchini.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Add cinnamon.
  7. Add baking powder.
  8. Add baking soda.
  9. Add salt.
  10. Add flour.
  11. Add chocolate chips.
  12. Mix only until well blended.
  13. Pour into 2 regular or 3 small loaf pans.
  14. Bake one hour at 325 degrees.

Very good, hard to believe there's no butter in the recipe. I used mini chips and mini loaf pans. Everyone loved it!
