- 5 eggs
- 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3⁄4 cup picante sauce
- assorted cracker
- In a bowl, beat eggs; add cheeses.
- Pour half into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Spoon the picante sauce over top.
- Top with remaining egg mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Cut into 1 inch squares.
- Makes about 9 1/2 dozen.
