This is great to make on the grill & serve with steaks or chicken!
- Cut each onion crosswise into 4 slices; secure onion slices with toothpicks to hold shape& set aside.
- Blend mustard, oil, and chili powder in small bowl.
- Grill onion slices over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes each side, brushing with mixture and turing occasionally till fully cooked& well glazed.
- Remove toothpicks& serve!
this recipe deserves 5 stars from me just because of the toothpick suggestion. i never wold have thought of it and was getting tired of the tasty charred pieces falling through the grates. the onions are nice and tasty too!
