Source: New York Cookbook by Molly O'Neal. I am posting to try.
- 1 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup chopped scallion
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until well mixed and smooth.
- Stir in the scallions.
- Serve on crackers or toasted bagel rounds.
