  1. If I made this in a larger batch (2 cups or so of finished product), how long would it keep in the fridge?

  1. I live in AZ, as much as I love coffee sometimes it's just to hot out for a normal cup of Joe. I found this recipe and I love it. I'm lactose intolerant so using powdered non-dairy creamer is a must for me. I've used chocolate extract (my favorite) also added some peppermint oil around the holidays. Used almond extract and of course vanilla. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this recipe. Thank you so very much! ??????

  2. This is great. I like milk in my iced coffee, but I drink a lot of coffee and wind up going through a lot of milk. With this I get to have my coffee and keep the milk for the cereal. Thanks!

  3. I've had this recipe in my Cookbook for probably close to a year - I just never made it! So I finally went out, bought some powdered creamer, and made it... it's great! Thanks so much for posting!

  4. Great recipe! I hate powdered coffee creamer and this was a nice alternative. It's one of those recipes you play around with. Next I'll try an almond/vanilla extract combo with some stevia. I like the other reviewer's suggestion of using coffee instead of water to avoid diluting my morning caffeine. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  5. Excellent! There is nothing more to say except the possibilities are endless!
