  1. In a large salad bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients (vinegar - pepper).
  2. Add the spinach, strawberries and onion. Toss.
  3. Sprinkle with the cheese. Toss.

Great healthy diet recipe. Dressing does stretch for salad but if serving to company, I would double it.

I've had many versions of strawberry spinach salad before and I must say this one could be my favorite. The crumbled goat cheese adds a special something that other spinach salads don't have. The dressing was awesome, too. I doubled the dressingto make sure I had enough and it got used up. Thanx for posting!

What great flavors! I was a little wary as I have never made anything with goat cheese before, but there was nothing to worry about. It looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. Thank you for this great recipe!
