  • In a large salad bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients (vinegar - pepper).
  • Add the spinach, strawberries and onion. Toss.
  • Sprinkle with the cheese. Toss.

  1. Great healthy diet recipe. Dressing does stretch for salad but if serving to company, I would double it.
     
  2. I've had many versions of strawberry spinach salad before and I must say this one could be my favorite. The crumbled goat cheese adds a special something that other spinach salads don't have. The dressing was awesome, too. I doubled the dressingto make sure I had enough and it got used up. Thanx for posting!

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!</p>
