Worth a Million Roll-Ups

"I came up with this recipe when we hosted a church study group at our home. It was a HUGE hit and I gave the recipe to several ladies that night. You can add or take away any ingredients you want. Make it sweet or savory. This however, is my favorite."

  1. This was really quite tasty. My mistake was putting too much filling on the tortilla! As you roll it, the filling is pushed ahead and you have to scrape some off. Served with chips and Recipe #292495. Thnx for posting, Short n Sweet. Made for My-3-Chefs 2008.

I am a stay at home Mom and a full time chef for my hubby. We have a 2 year old daughter and I love to cook for them. There are tons of things for us to do, we live in a large city and we enjoy outdoor activities the most. I have all of Paula Deen's cookbooks and have now started collecting Barefoot Contessa cookbooks. Next will be Giada DiLaurentiis. Did I mention that I love Food Network? I love to cook sweets for my Dad. My Mom fusses but, it's worth it. When my daughter starts school in a few years I plan on opening my own catering business, featuring bistro style cuisine.
