"I didn't have any Cajun Seasoning, but I found this recipe online. The recipe came from an estate sale when she purchased a collection from the Monroe Estate in Stephenville, Texas in 1982. Recipe courtesy of www.grouprecipes.com and Chefmeow of Garland, Texas. Serving size is estimated."

• 3 tablespoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon cayenne powder
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon thyme

1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar.
