From Semi-Homemade,, Halloween cocktail. *update* I made this for my halloween party and everyone loved it! I used ginger ale I had to make a second punch bowl!

FANTASTIC!!! I halved the recipe and used a 3-oz package lime gelatin. It did look like a witch's brew when I was making this drink in a big bowl. However, when I poured it into martini glasses, it turned into this beautiful cocktail with transparent green color with refreshing taste! I will definitely make this at Halloween!

I made this for a Halloween dinner party and it was definitely a hit! When you add the ginger ale it foams at the top, so it really does look like a witch's brew. I mixed the water, jello mix, and pineapple juice ahead of time and then added the ginger ale and vodka right before serving. Great recipe, thanks!

This is such a pretty drink, for any party, not just Halloween. It's bright green and so good! Thanks Kitty Kat!
