  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 stalk celery, diced
  • 118.29 ml Brummel and Brown spread
  • 118.29 ml flour
  • 473.18 ml fat-free evaporated milk
  • 946.36 ml chicken stock
  • 473.18 ml cooked wild rice
  • 473.18 ml cooked chicken

directions

  • Saute onion, celery and carrots in Brummel and Brown.
  • Reduce heat add flour.
  • Gradually add other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender about 1/2 hour.
