  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Brown sausage and remove from pan.
  • Saute onions and celery until tender.
  • Combine all ingredients except the pecans.
  • Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle the casserole with the chopped pecans.
  • Refrigerate until ready to cook
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
