Whiting fish, cut into strips and fried in batter
- work flour, baking powder and eggs together, (if too thick, add some milk).
- clean the fish and cut into strips.
- dip into the flour and then into the batter mixture and fry in very hot oil.
- serve with any sauce of your choice.

I used blue hake. I had to cut(or try to cut) in small strips, the blue hakes was quite thick and had been frozen.I mixed cayenne pepper, paprika,garlic salt to the batter.I didn't have to serve sauce with it, excellent batter recipe. thanks for posting!
