Here is a recipe I got from our local radio station!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄3 cup Italian dressing
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces drained mushrooms
- Brown beef, drain. Add soup, dressing, mushrooms, cream cheese.
- Heat till smooth.
- Serve over hot drained pasta.
This is a super recipe. My DH loves creamed beef and he thought this was outstanding. I served it over pasta, as stated, also over biscuits for breakfast and over baked potatoes. Each time it was wonderful. And so easy to make! This gets a big thumbs-up! Thanks.
