  • 29.58 ml drippings, from meat you are cooking
  • 59.14 ml all-purpose flour
  • 709.77 ml whole milk (2% works fine)
  • salt and pepper

directions

  • Add flour to drippings and cook until light brown and smooth. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
