  • In a food processor (or by hand) chop figs finely.
  • Add melted chocolate, half and half and eggs. Process until smooth.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pie tests clean.
  • Cool completely, then refrigerate.
