This would be a nice dessert for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
- 8 ounces about 1 1/2 cups figs, stemmed
- 12 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 2⁄3 cup half-and-half
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (or chocolate crumb)
- In a food processor (or by hand) chop figs finely.
- Add melted chocolate, half and half and eggs. Process until smooth.
- Spoon into crust.
- Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pie tests clean.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate.
