This frosting is delicious!!! Not too sweet, and it goes well with almost any came.

Directions

  1. Put the cream and honey into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add stir to blend, then beat until the mixture is stiff and spreadable.
  3. You will have enough to frost two 8 inch round layers.

I used summer flower honey so it's really mild and absolutely delicious. I also added about a 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar.

Really nice. I used Macadamia Honey which made the frosting light brown. Delicous! Good alternative to butter cream.
