  1. I made this for our Labor Day Picnic served it with crackers and Tortilla Chips. Brought home two empty plates. The recipe was easy to make and colorfull. After mixing the first three ingredients,I divided it into two different plates. One plate I made as above. The other plate I used canned snoke salmon in place of the shrimp. Both came out fantastic. I used the canned shrimp. Next time I believe I'll try frozen pop corn shrimp. The canned shrimp was a little costly. Try this recipe it is fantastic.

  2. This is an old-time favorite. For me, I try to cut back the cream/mayo mixture abit or increase the vegy portions. I was abit confused when to put the shrimp... before or after the cheese layer? Once the layers are put together and given time for the flavour to merge, it tastes amazing. When I don't have canned shrimp I use frozen (& if necessary, remove tail & chop)... you sometimes don't even realize there is shrimp in there. Yummy morsels that go over well at party gatherings. Served with taco scoops.

  3. A good way to "spread the good news" of healthy shrimp on the go. Another innovative way of changing the regular shrimp recipe. Awesome!

  4. I made this for a get-together and served it with baguette slices. I used cooked bay shrimp. I also used less mozza cheese. This was very good.

  5. I've used the same recipe for years & nearly get lynched if I DON'T bring it to a function. I buy the broken shrimp if possible & if not, smash up small shrimp. That way it spreads nicely on a Breton cracker. I don't garnish either.. it's great just as is. Thaks for sharing!! Kristin
