- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 cup quick oats
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- ketchup
directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Transfer to pan and cover with ketchup.
- Cook for 60 minutes.
