- 236.59 ml celery, chop'd
- 236.59 ml onion, chop'd
- 14.79 ml margarine
- 118.29 ml flour
- 793.78 g can chicken broth
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 453.59 g bag frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
- 236.59 ml frozen hash browns
- 226.79 g Velveeta cheese (light)
- 78.78 ml non-fat powdered milk
directions
- cook celery, onions in margarine until tender. Stir in flour. Gradually add broth then add the hash browns. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Add powdered milk or evaporated skim milk and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. (Do Not Boil !).
