This is a simple and low point pizza that tastes great without spending all your daily points. 5 points per pizza.

  1. Spread pizza sauce on pita.
  2. Lay on the vegetables first so it is held together by the cheese. Top with both mozzarella and parmesan cheese and seasoning.
  3. Spray cooking spray lightly over cheese.
  4. Set oven on broil and place in oven for 2 minutes or until cheese looks mostly melted.

The toppings I used were thinly-sliced roma tomatoes and fresh basil. When you compare speed, ease, taste and healthiness, these are amazing! So simple and very good.

This is a wonderful healthy pizza. We used flat out bread pitas for the base and even though we forgot to cook it for 7 minutes before loading it up with goodies it still came out very nice though it could have been a bit crispier but totally our fault on that one :) Thanks for posting this tasty treat and it is now in our keeper file and will be made regurally. YUMMMMM
