This was really good! Thank you for posting! I used peach jello with assorted mixed fruit, and everyone loved it. Even my DH who claims he doesn't like peaches. Next time I'll cut the recipe in half. The serving size was a bit to big for my family, especially since we're calorie counters and can only have a small portion each day.

This was very good and easy to make. I think it depends on a personal taste, but I found 1/2 the package of pudding mix and 1/6 of the jello mix was enough. I also used white chocolate instead of vanilla. The pudding, jello and whip cream mixture by itself is too sweet for me, but once it is mixed with the fruit the tastes compliment each other.

I made this for a friend that I knew was on Weight Watchers. My husband also loved this and I am always looking for something sweet that is a healthy choice for him. He rated this up with another salad that I made that is full of calories with Eagle Brand milk, sugar, and cream cheese. I did use 8oz of lite cool whip and 8 oz of sugar free cool whip. There was not a lot of difference in the calories with the fat free and sometimes we don't loke fat free products. Thanks for a sweet treat!
