A holiday favorite in our family.
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup small marshmallow
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- Can be doubled for a crowd.

I don't know what it is about this stuff...but I can't stop eating it! I added the pudding and pinapple as directed, but added 2 containers of cool whip and almost a whole bag of mini marshmallows. It turned out GREAT!! Thanks for the recipe!
I have one in Zaar that's almost identical, with only tiny ounce changes. I think the first time I had it, it was on a buffet. The recipe sounded horrible, but when I tried it, I found it was really super, and I think pretty much the same that was on that buffet. A little sweet for a side dish, but perfect for a dessert (for me)
