- 1 russet potato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder

- Peel potato.
- Place the potato in a pot of cold water brint to a boil and cook until fork tender. If you're in a hurry like I usually am cut the potato into 1/2" cubes before placing it into the water.
- Remove from heat and mash well.
- Add butter, salt, salt & pepper, powdered garlic, and wasabi powder.
- Mix well.
