Vinegar Pickled Shrimp

"got this from my close friend and she told me to post it here so we can both find it easily! Super yummy and easy. You can use any amount of shrimp up to 5 lb, i usually use 3. I don't reduce the rest of the ingredients though. I also use peeled and deveined, but you can use shell on if you prefer that. You can also use frozen or thaw, just adjust the cooking time."

  • bring all ingredients except shrimp to boil, once boiling add shrimp and cook until done. It will all depend on the amount you are boiling and if it is thawed or frozen. For my 3 lbs from the frozen state took about 8-10 minutes.

Part time office worker, full time servant to 2 growing boys, and 1 wonderful husband! I work for my husband so i quess you could say i'm sleeping with my boss! I love to eat. While i'm eating 1 meal, i'm thinking about what i want to eat at the next meal. I could just live on sweets, and take a pill for all my vitamins, and nutrition. I have no strong passions other than being quite lazy. I strive to be more physically active, but that usually requires me to move. I quess i would rather die happy and slightly overweight, than skinny and hungry.
