From an old newspaper
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 3⁄4 cup instant coffee powder
- 1⁄2 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Place sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle with extracts and stir with a fork until no trace of moisture remains.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend thorougly.
- Store in an air-tight container.
- Use 2-3 tsp mix per cup of boiling water.
