Victory's Sweet Onion Teriyaki Marinade

"If you like teriyaki. you will like this marinade on pork chicken and steak."

• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1⁄2 cup sweet onion, chopped

directions

1. Add all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir till well blended.
2. Add your favorite piece of meat and marinade for 4 -10 hours.
3. Enjoy.

I made this with a pork steak. I broiled it in the oven. This was real tasty and the pork was very tender and moist. <br/>Made for 2012 Chef Alphabet Soup.

Excellent marinade! Made it exactly as written on grilled pork chops. Also grilled the pineapple rings and served on top. Everyone raved about how good it was. Next time, I may reduce the marinade to a sauce to pour over my hamburger. it was that good!

I made this marinade for pork steaks. I marinated them for 5-6 hours and then put them on the grill. The flavors in the marinade were wonderful and the pork steaks came out so tasty!!!! I served the teriyaki pork steaks with rice and corn on the cob. Thank you for posting!!!
