- 793.78 g can vegetarian baked beans
- 538.64 g can kidney beans
- 538.64 g can Primo mixed beans
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 236.59 ml frozen corn
- 538.64 g can tomatoes, most of the juice drained
- 14.79 ml chili powder
- 14.79 ml cumin
- 14.79 ml coriander
- 6 mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves
directions
- saute all the vegetables together until soft.
- add all ingredients to a slow cooker, and cook for at least a couple of hours.
