Ratings & Reviews:
I had trouble getting the dry northern beans to cook so I use navy beans; and I found that one drop of liquid smoke was enough. So, my main reason for leaving a review is to let you know I have been using this recipe for a long time; I even included my adaption of it at my restaurant and my customers love it. There is no better, I swear, and when I get a picture of them I will definitely post it. We soak the beans overnight, start the batch the next morning, and they are ready the next morning. They are perfect beans. And easy too!
