Vegetable Pizza

"My Grandma used to make this for family get-togethers. Everyone loved it. Of course, after feeding and raising 11 kids, you better love it, or go hungry. No risk of that here, this is a yummy appetizer, or a great lunch snack."

  1. I love this and lost my recipe a ling time ago. The only thing I add is minced garlic to the spread mixture.

  2. My family loves this pizza. It's fast, simple and very tasty!

  3. Another winner, as with the fruit pizza. Grandma sure does make great pizzas. Thanks for passing them on to us.

  4. I just love this type of meal! It was so easy to put together and so good with the fresh veggies! I did cut down on the mayonaise a bit, using only 1/3 cup instead of 1/2 cup. I added some chopped scallions too. The radishes were a nice touch. Thanks for a yummy lunch!
