Great lunch thank you Tisme, though Idid use all wholemeal/wholegrain bread, can't remember when I last had white bread in the house :lol: The vegemite is just right adding that bit of satiness without being over powering. A man-sized sarnie that I enjoyed for lunch the other day! I liked the use of white and wholemeal bread together - it gave the sarnie extra texture. I had to use Marmite (shock), as I cannot get Vegemite here in France, SORRY! I bring jars of the "M" word back with me everytime I go back to England!! I used Boursin as the cream cheese spread and that also added another flavour. Made for Make my Recipe #8 in the Aus/NZ forum, merci Tisme for a meal-in-a-sandwich recipe! FT:-)
