• 236.59 236.59 ml organic soymilk or 236.59 ml rice milk
• 78.78 ml raw macadamia nuts, soaked overnight
• 3 honey dates, pitted
• 4.92 ml vanilla extract
• 4.92 ml maple syrup
• 4.92 ml flax seed oil
• 1.23 ml ground nutmeg
• 1-2 frozen banana

directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
2. Serve at once or refrigerate for up to 6 hours before serving.
