- 44.37 ml olive oil
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 453.59 g mushroom (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (julienned)
- 453.59 g canned diced tomato
- 425.24 g canned black beans
- 425.24 g canned kidney beans
- 226.79 g canned tomato paste
- 9.85 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 4.92 ml oregano
- 2.46 ml basil
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml fresh ground black pepper
directions
- In large saucepan or stew pot, saute the onions and garlic in warm olive oil.
- Add mushrooms and red pepper. Cook until pepper softens.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
- Turn heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
