Got this out of a High-Protein Recipe book called Martini's and Whipped Cream. Sounds wonderful

  1. In large frying pan brown veal quickly with garlic.
  2. Remove garlic, discard.
  3. Remove veal.
  4. Brown mushrooms several minutes.
  5. Replace veal, add remaining ingredients and simmer covered until tender, between 5-10 minutes.

I made this veal scallopine tonight for the first time for myself and my parents. It was really easy, and the great smell filled the house! :) The only modifications I made was I double the garlic to four cloves (we like garlic) and I eliminated the tomatoes from the recipe, because I didn't quite "get" how they fit in to the whole scallopine aspect. I roasted potatoes with blackened seasoning as the side dish....Very nice recipe.
