Vanilla Extract

ingredients

• 2 vanilla beans, split
• 236.59 ml vodka
• 1 airtight glass jar

directions

1. Place beans in jar.
2. pour vodka over.
3. place lid in tightly, and shake.
4. Store in a cool dark place 3-5 months.
5. Shake jar occasionally, maybe 1-2x a month.
6. Pour into decorative bottles,and start baking. This only makes 1 cup,so if you're going to wait for months and months I suggest doing atleast a triple batch.
