- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground chuck
- 1⁄2 lb pork sausage
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Pre heat oven to 400 Degrees.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together in small sauce pan, heat until boiling, stir, Turn off heat and let sit.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients together, Shape in glass baking dish, 9’’ by 5’’ loaf. Pour Sauce over meatloaf before cooking. Bake in Oven until Brown and firm about 55 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes before cutting and serving.

Very good meatloaf Chef! We enjoyed the sauce and the taste of the meatloaf was a real bonus with the addition of the sausage. Loved the combo. I used finely minced bread crumbs and added a little Italian seasoning to them before adding into the meat. We like the texture of the bread more than the crackers. We will have this again, as we all really liked it!
