    EMcooks's Note:

If you want chocolate fudge, this is it! I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. It's a Christmas staple in her house, and it's my husband's favorite fudge. It makes a lot of fudge, so it's a good recipe to use for gift giving. Prep time is approximate. The recipe can be credited to Mrs. Paul Kaczinsky.

Made this to include on my finger food counter for a group I hosted this past Saturday evening, but then I ended up making up small gift packets (of 10 pieces each) for my guest to take home with them! More fun to make, what with all the varieties of chocolate in this fudge, & definitely something I'll be making again during the up-coming winter holidays! Thanks for the keeper recipe!
