Super simple! Love it! I made a double batch with whipping cream, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. The dash of lemon is a nice touch and brings out the dill flavour. I also added crispy bacon and cooked up some onion... because everyone loves bacon and onions added to any Ukrainian dish!
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup fish stock or 1 cup chicken stock
- 1⁄2 cup light cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
- 1 lemon, juice of
