- 59.14 ml chicken broth
- 226.79 g ground turkey breast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 22.18 ml chili powder
- 118.29 ml mild green chili, diced, canned and drained
- 1419.54 ml canned tomatoes, low sodium, crushed, juice reserved
- 946.36 ml canned pinto beans, low sodium, rinsed and drained
- 4 scallions, chopped
directions
- Heat broth in a large saucepan. Add turkey, onion and garlic and saute till turkey is no longer pink.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except the scallions. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook, stirring every so often, for 25 minutes.
- Serve topped with scallions.
