- 22.18 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 29.58 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 (850.48 g) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 184.27 g can tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 78.78 ml sun-dried tomato, sliced into thin strips
- 59.14 ml red onion, minced
- 29.58 ml fresh parsley, chopped
directions
- In a medium bowl, blend lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Gradually whisk in olive oil.
- Add the beans, tuna, tomatoes, onion and parsley.
- Cover and chill.
