Tired of the same-old hot tuna casserole recipes I'd used for years, I invented this a few summers ago. The Italian seasoning makes the difference.

  1. Cook noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine tuna, diced red pepper, onion, half the bottle of ranch dressing, half of the Italian seasoning, and the black pepper in a large bowl. Gently fold ingredients together. When noodles are completely cool, transfer to salad mixture. Add remaining ranch dressing and Italian seasoning. Mix lightly and refrigerate until ready to eat.
