This is a classic recipe from the French's mustard company.
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 7 ounces canned tuna, drained
- 1⁄2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup chopped peanuts
- 6 sandwich buns or 6 hamburger buns
- 6 slices tomatoes
- 6 lettuce leaves
- Beat together the cream cheese and mustard until smooth.
- Stir in the tuna, celery and peanuts.
- Spread the mixture on the buns, top with the tomato and lettuce.
