Tuna Bunwiches With Cream Cheese, Mustard and Peanuts

ingredients

• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 7 ounces canned tuna, drained
• 1⁄2 cup celery, finely chopped
• 1⁄4 cup chopped peanuts
• 6 sandwich buns or 6 hamburger buns
• 6 slices tomatoes
• 6 lettuce leaves

directions

1. Beat together the cream cheese and mustard until smooth.
2. Stir in the tuna, celery and peanuts.
3. Spread the mixture on the buns, top with the tomato and lettuce.
