"McCormic & Schmick's Tropical Fruit Salsa. It is a wonderful condiment for any recipe you wish to add a light taste."

• Yields: 1 Cup (approximate)

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons mangoes, fresh, diced to about 1/4 inch
• 2 tablespoons papayas, fresh, diced to about 1/4 inch
• 4 tablespoons pineapple, fresh, diced to about 1/4 inch
• 2 tablespoons red onions, finely diced
• 1 tablespoon green bell pepper, finely diced
• 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, finely diced
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch white pepper
• 1 pinch cumin
• 1 teaspoon cilantro, Chopped
• triple sec, 2 splashes. (optional)

directions

1. Combine all inredients.
2. Season to taste.
3. Toss to Blend.
