Triple-Layer Peanut Butter Brownies

- 20 ounces brownie mix, prepared in 13x9 inch pan
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 1⁄2 ounces vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups Cool Whip
- 3 ounces semisweet baking chocolate
- 1⁄2 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
directions
- Whisk milk and pudding. Mix 2 minutes while brownies are cooling. Add peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Cover and refrigerate pudding mixture until brownies are completely cooled.
- Spread pudding mixture over brownies.
- Microwave whipped topping and chooclate on high 1 min, stirring every 30 sec. Spread overing pudding; sprinkle with nuts.
- Refrigerate one hour. Refrigerate leftovers.
