• Serves: 15

ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1⁄2 cup applesauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 8 beaten quail eggs or 2 regular eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 4 mashed bananas

directions

1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend together until smooth.
2. Lightly grease and flour your bread pan.
3. Pour in mixture and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
4. Cool on wire rack, before slicing and serving topped with whipped butter.
