Tomato / Vegetable juice to can

- Chop veggies.
- (or halve or quarter if using Victorio Strainer).
- Add water to partially cover (don't fill the pot),& cook all veggies until soft.
- Strain through Victorio or fruit press or cheesecloth.
- Add sugar& salt& bring to a boil.
- Pour into jars once it's reached a'rolling' boil,and allow to set stationary 24 hours or until seal has set.
